2. Holding wire platform
The holding wire platform is used for putting the warp wires. The
platform distance can be adjusted
3. Weft wire feeding
Hopper device for weft wires, has large capacity and is controlled
by step motor, it works automatically.
4. Slot tunnels for line wire
Slot tunnel device for warp wires, can be adjusted for different
wire diameters. This can ensure the mesh aperture very accurate.
5. Mesh pulling system
It is controlled by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor and SMC (Japan)
air cylinders.The pulling speed is smooth.
6. Welding electrodes
Welding electrodes are made of pure red copper and chromised
bronze, durable, can be used at least more than half year
7. Platform for workers
The platform for workers is strong and easy for worker stand on it
to put weft wire .
8. Adjustment plug
Adjustment plug is used to adjust distance of warp wire welding
spot and make different mesh opening.

3 sets water cooling welding transformers prolong the service
